The Scientific and production company PERSEY , LLC was established in 1998.
In 1999 the company acquired the fishing vessel "Konstantin Konstantinov". In 2000 the vessel worked in accordance with the programs of PINRO in the Barents and Norwegian sea. As a result, the reassessment was made concerning of the resources of the ground breeds of fishes : halibut, perch, catfishes. Since 2001 the vessel was trading cod, haddock and other breeds of the fishes, as per the quotas which were gained at the “fishing auctions”.
In 2002, besides the Barents and Norwegian sea , the vessel sailed to the area of Canada where the vessel was catching halibut in a northern part of the Baffin Bay. Since 2004 the vessel "Konstantin Konstantinov" caught cod, haddock and other breeds of fishes in the Barents and Norwegian sea according to the quotas distributed by a "historical" principle. In 2007 the vessel "Konstantin Konstantinov" was replaced with another vessel - "Vest Frizer" which continued to work up to 2011.
The analysis of work of these two vessels showed that their operation connected with certain specific expenses, is not profitable at available volume of a quota. Therefore the company now refused to the long-line type of fishing and use the trawling type of fishing. This allows to use the vessel both at the trade of the shrimp and also fish , depending on the season and that is , undoubtedly, should increase the profitability of activity of the company.

1970 - 1980 - secondary school. From 1980 to 1989 - art-time education at Murmansk highest engineering college (named after the Lenin Komsomol marine engineer (ship -repair).
From 1980 to 1999 worked in the Murmansk Higher Engineering Marine College (now Murmansk State Technical University), at the position of the laboratory assistant, technician, engineer and, in also, head of laboratory.
From 2000 – the assistant to the production Director in the NPK Persey , LLC. ", from 2002 deputy general Director, from April 2002 - general director of the NPK Persey, LLC.

From 1977 – at the position of a captain.
1970-1998 - Murmansk branch of the Fishing Fleet of Archangelsk at the position of the deputy of the Direcor on Fleet ( trade , processing , operation and safety of navigation , for 12 years was responsible for safety of navigation and trade.
Murmansk branch of the Fishing Fleet of Archangelsk had 40 harvesting vessels. Trawlers, vessels with long-line type of fishing and purse seining vessels (length 45-55 meters) caught up to 40 thousand tons of fish in the Barents Sea, including up to 7 thousand tons of a shrimp. Two vessels had the equipment to process the shrimp at sea and produces the meat of the shrimp. The vessels worked in the North – west Atlantic at trade of pelagic fishes (purse seining) and ground breeds of fishes (trawling ). Vessels with long-line type of fishing carried out the trade of halibut near Newfoundland and caught tooth fish in the area of South Georgia. |

1959-1965 - the technician, the engineer-ichthyologist, the captain assistant on the scientific studies at the research vessels of the Murmansk Trawling Fleet and the company "Murmanseld".
1965-1992 - the engineer, the senior engineer, the head of department, the deputy director on the scientific work in "Sevrybpromrazvedka" – was the head of the expeditions, and then was responsible for all expedition vessels (46 vessels) to explore the fishing resources in all areas of the World Ocean.
